I have placed my order, can I still change it?
It is not possible to change the order after you have placed it. This applies to address changes, adjusting your ordered products and the cancellation of your order. If you have changed your mind, please contact us, following delivery of your order to see how we can help you.
How do I follow the status of my order?
We are keen to keep you up to date with your order. You will receive the following updates by e-mail.
  • Great, you have placed an order! You will receive an order confirmation within one hour and we will immediately get to work for you.
  • After we have delivered your order, you will also receive confirmation of this. Of course, we hope you enjoy our products.
There is something wrong with my order, what should I do now?
Unpacking your Spring Air order is almost as exciting as opening a gift. That is why we do everything we can to deliver your products properly. Has unpacking your order been an unpleasant surprise instead because something is missing or damaged? Please inform us how we may assist you, so that you can enjoy your latest purchases as quickly as possible.
Can I return my products?
You will of course be given an opportunity, considering your purchase. Please contact us in order to organize your order returns.
Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:
  • Returns can be sent up to 30 days after receiving your order.
  • Return your products in an undamaged package (preferably the original shipping box).
  • For products which are damaged or show signs of use, we retain the right to refuse the return or to charge for the damage.
Can I also swap the products I ordered online?
Swapping is not possible, but obviously you are very welcome to place a new order to get your hands on your favorites!
